DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking qualified partners to provide system integrator services, encompassing the design, implementation, modernization, and support of technology solutions across diverse environments and agencies. Engagements may include enterprise-scale integrations as well as niche or specialized modernization projects.

Vendors may be required to integrate commercial off-the-shelf solutions, software-as-a-service (SaaS), and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) offerings. Key services include cloud migration, multi-cloud interoperability, data platform modernization, analytics integration, low-code/no-code platform configuration, workflow automation, accessibility and UX design, human-centered design, and responsible AI and automation embedded in enterprise workflows.
