The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) issued a presolicitation notice stating its intent to negotiate and award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Echoview Software PTY, LTD GPO for Echoview maintenance, technical support, software licenses, and related services. The requirement supports oceanographic and acoustic surveys conducted by the Southwest Fisheries Science Center (SWFSC). The anticipated period of performance is one base year plus four option years, covering 2026 through 2031.
According to the notice, the software is highly specialized for acoustic data collection and processing, with license agreements and module selections customized to specific program requirements.
