Theatre Newfoundland Labrador
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A government authority in Newfoundland and Labrador seeks a vendor to create and develop a comprehensive sustainability plan for its new performing arts facility. The plan will emphasize strategies to generate new earned revenue streams utilizing the facility, particularly between October and April, aiming to mitigate operating costs.
The project involves identifying leads, potential clients, partners, and developing a staffing model supporting the establishment of all proposed revenue streams. A detailed financial analysis is required, outlining short- and long-term financial targets necessary to ensure the facility's sustainability. This analysis should include projected capital expenditures related to facility maintenance over the next ten years and identify revenue sources to address these needs.
The chosen vendor will be expected to engage with stakeholders and offer actionable recommendations for long-term financial health and successful operation of the performing arts center.
