The selected vendor will provide technical design and configuration services for a comprehensive surveillance camera system. Responsibilities include developing a system layout strategy, supplying all necessary equipment, and installing a fully integrated IP-based video surveillance system.
The system must deliver forensic-quality video suitable for criminal investigations, act as a visible deterrent to unlawful activity, and generate actionable operational intelligence to support facility management and public safety. Additionally, the solution must incorporate an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) capable of providing at least 60 minutes of runtime for all cameras and recording servers in the event of a power outage.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 17, 2026, and vendors must submit all questions by March 25, 2026.
