Key activities will involve employing best industry practices to benchmark current outreach strategies, measuring the efficacy of various communication channels and campaign variables, and developing optimized collateral. The selected vendor should offer multilingual services, including translation and facilitation by interviewers and focus group leaders fluent in Spanish and Mandarin. Responsibilities also include survey and interview design, data analysis, providing actionable recommendations, and supporting digital and print collateral production for outreach efforts. Deliverables are expected to encompass survey implementation, analysis through an accessible online interface (including mobile access), and mailer design, printing, and distribution services.
