A government authority in Washington, DC seeks a vendor to provide supplemental health insurance services for a one-year contract period.
The scope of services includes coverage and administration for hospitalization and inpatient services, such as hospital room accommodations, physician examinations, diagnostic procedures, therapy including medicinal treatments, early rehabilitation therapy, medicines, medical supplies, blood transfusions, surgical interventions, and associated preoperative and postoperative care.
Additionally, the provider will deliver outpatient services and professional care, including examinations by general practitioners and physicians of all specialties on an ambulatory or outpatient basis. This includes annual physical examinations, general internist exams with ECG, abdominal ultrasound, and thyroid gland ultrasound, among other outpatient medical services performed in clinics, hospitals, or medical offices.
The contract is for one year, covering both in-hospital and ambulatory healthcare service management through supplemental health insurance offerings.
