The selected vendor will provide a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) telemetry system. Responsibilities include performing periodic backups of alarm and event data, hard drive defragmentation, dealer call out updates, virus protection updates, minor operating system and software updates, as well as performing diagnostic and testing procedures.
The contractor is required to furnish an annual software license for Wonderware and offer ongoing technical support services. This may involve installing minor updates and carrying out minor system configurations. The initial contract period will be for one year. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 24, 2026, and all project-related questions must be submitted by April 7, 2026.
