DESCRIPTION


The City of Fort Collins, Colorado is seeking vendors to provide services for its Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. These services include on-call and as-needed support for all municipal utilities using SCADA and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems. Scope of work involves PLC replacements, installation, integration, and configuration support services.

Additional requirements include updating control loop and strategy narratives where modifications are made to facilities during PLC replacement. Vendors will also be responsible for generating new control narratives as needed for programming software conversions and for procuring the parts, components, and materials required for upgrades and modifications to control systems and PLCs. The engagement further includes providing, reviewing, and implementing installation and startup testing procedures for newly installed equipment and performing programming code conversions from Proworx.NXT V2.20 to Schneider Unity Pro V12.

The contract term will be for one year. Vendors are reminded that a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 5, 2026, and that any questions related to the RFP must be submitted by May 11, 2026.
