DESCRIPTION


The Township of Wayne, New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide refreshment concession services during the summer season. The selected concessionaire will supply and dispense a variety of foods, refreshments, confectionery products, and beverages, ensuring all items meet established specifications and approval standards set by the Township.

Operations must be conducted from designated locations and facilities fully equipped and scheduled as outlined in the contract. The concessionaire will hold exclusive rights to sell food at these facilities, though club members retain the option to bring in their own consumables.
