DESCRIPTION

The government authority in North Carolina seeks a vendor to provide administrative review services for the Summer Food Service Program. This includes conducting annual reviews of a selection of school food authorities and community agencies whose collective meal reimbursements represented at least half of the statewide total in the previous year.

The selected vendor will be responsible for reviewing every new sponsor during their first year of operation, annually reviewing sponsors that encountered operational issues in the prior year, and ensuring each sponsor is reviewed at least once every three years. Additionally, each sponsor review must include site visits covering at least 10 percent of their locations, or one site if the sponsor operates fewer than ten sites.

Questions about this RFP must be submitted by April 7, 2026.
