Summer Events Management Services

An organization in Colorado is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive management services for summer community events scheduled for August and September. The selected vendor will be responsible for refining the 2026 events calendar and overseeing all aspects of event logistics, including collaboration with contractors such as security and parking, and coordination with community partners such as city agencies and elected officials to secure the necessary permits.

Duties will also include administering the design and production of promotional campaign materials for pop-up events and activations in August, engaging entertainment and talent, managing media outreach, and handling digital promotion for all scheduled events. Additionally, the vendor will oversee waste removal contracting and assume full production management responsibilities for the September event.

Vendors should demonstrate extensive experience in the design, production, and execution of impactful community events, especially those involving multi-site activations and large, diverse audiences.
