The city is seeking a vendor to provide professional entertainment booking and coordination services for its summer concert series. The provider will be responsible for securing and contracting musical entertainment for a total of sixteen concert dates.
Each scheduled date requires up to two coordinated mid-level to national-level cover bands or artists. The July 4th event specifically mandates one national act and one mid-level cover opening artist or band. The selected vendor will also serve as the primary liaison between the city and all contracted performers. The contract term will be for one year, and all questions must be submitted by March 9, 2026.
