A K–12 school district in South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide a modern, fully hosted substitute management system. The primary goal is to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reliability in substitute placement and absence management processes.
The desired solution should be intuitive for employees, substitutes, and administrators, and must include comprehensive reporting and data analysis tools to support district leadership. Preference will be given to systems specifically designed for the K–12 educational environment, to ensure alignment with school operations and support functions.
Mobile accessibility is essential—the chosen system should offer a free mobile application allowing substitutes to set their availability, accept or decline jobs, and view their schedules. The initial contract term will be for one year.
