The government authority in Waterbury, Vermont is seeking a vendor to provide substance use testing services, with a primary focus on urine drug screening. The selected vendor must be able to accept and complete collection within three business days of receiving a urine drug screen requisition form.
Collected specimens are to be delivered to the laboratory by the end of each business day using overnight delivery. The shipment and transportation of urine specimens must utilize methods that include either a tracking number and identification in case of specimen compromise, or at minimum, have the ability to prove pick up without a tracking number.
This service is intended to support safety and well-being for children and youth under care, recognizing that parents and caregivers may impact these outcomes. All vendor questions regarding this RFP are due by April 21, 2026.
