DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Waterbury, Vermont is seeking a vendor to provide substance use testing services, with a primary focus on urine drug screening. The selected vendor must be able to accept and complete collection within three business days of receiving a urine drug screen requisition form.

Collected specimens are to be delivered to the laboratory by the end of each business day using overnight delivery.
