A government authority in Oroville, California is seeking vendors to provide substance use disorder treatment programs and sober living environment recovery residences. Services may include residential, intensive outpatient, or outpatient treatment options for individuals with substance use disorders, as well as sober living environments that are free from drugs and alcohol for agency clients.
Vendors must be able to provide written discharge summaries for each client exiting the program within two business days following discharge, whether voluntary or involuntary. Providers must comply with all federal, state, and local grant requirements, including remaining free from debarment, disqualification, suspension, or removal from relevant programs. Discrimination in employment or service delivery on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, marital status, or physical/mental disability is strictly prohibited.
Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than May 15, 2026.
