The government authority in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, seeks a qualified vendor to provide sub-fund administration services. The selected sub-fund administrator will be responsible for managing the Subfund within the specified geographic area, including delivering safety, risk management, and loss control services to Subfund members.
The administrator's duties include organizing and executing a minimum of three educational conferences per year, commonly known as sub-fund meetings. The administrator is also encouraged to offer additional educational opportunities through periodic virtual webinars or similar training sessions, as well as distributing newsletters or written materials that address safety, risk management, and loss control needs of the Subfund.
Further responsibilities involve aggregating and analyzing member loss issues and trends, and serving as the primary point of contact for members regarding insurance coverage, safety, and risk management inquiries. The initial contract will be for one year, with the potential for renewal based on performance.
