DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Indiana is seeking a vendor to provide overflow housing services for students requiring temporary off-campus accommodations. The service will support students until permanent on-campus housing assignments are available.
Accommodations must include complimentary access to standard hotel amenities such as a fitness center, swimming pool, Wi-Fi capable of supporting the bandwidth needs of 60–70 full-time residents, breakfast, and a business center. Additional premium amenities required are parking, a dedicated lounge or common area for studying and programs, and in-room microwave and refrigerator.
Weekly housekeeping should be provided, including trash removal and linen/towel exchange. Rooms should be clustered together as much as possible to foster a sense of community among residents.
