DESCRIPTION


The organization seeks a provider for a comprehensive, evidence-based software solution to support student wellness, prevention, and behavioral health initiatives. The solution must educate students on critical wellness topics, deliver personalized feedback, and facilitate compliance and reporting requirements.

The selected software should be SaaS-based and cloud-hosted, offering virtual learning modules covering areas such as alcohol, cannabis, other drugs, mental health, sexual assault prevention, hazing prevention, and conflict resolution. Modules must include engaging multimedia content, completion tracking, pre- and post-module assessments, and robust administrative tools for tracking student progress and generating reports by cohort, demographic, or custom filters. The platform must be secure, accessible, customizable to state and university needs, and incorporate an evidence-based design grounded in behavioral health research. Full implementation, administrator training, and user documentation are required.
