DESCRIPTION

A prominent university system in New York is soliciting proposals for the provision of a comprehensive, scalable Student Success Platform and related implementation services. The goal is to support holistic student engagement, proactive intervention, and institutional coordination across twenty-five colleges, serving over 230,000 students. The desired platform should advance the agency's mission to promote student retention, persistence, timely degree completion, and equitable outcomes.

The solution must enable identification of at-risk students, coordinated support services, and empower faculty, advisors, and student affairs professionals with timely, actionable insights. Key functionalities include streamlined and integrated success tools such as advising, case management, early alerts, success planning, and multi-channel communication in a secure, accessible, user-friendly environment. The platform must operate in a secure, multi-tenant configuration providing central data governance with cross-campus analytics and policy controls, while allowing individual campus customization.

Integration with systems such as PeopleSoft, Brightspace, Workday, and other institutional tools is required, relying on industry-standard protocols. The interface should be mobile-responsive and student-centered, providing personalized guidance, nudges, and progress tracking. Additional requirements involve real-time risk response, coordination of cross-functional support, targeted student engagement, strong privacy/security/accessibility standards, support for research and continuous improvement, and enhanced faculty engagement. The contract period will be five years.
