SUMMARY

Seeking a partner to implement statewide student success strategies, provide technical assistance, and support professional development for Kentucky institutions.

DESCRIPTION

Kentucky seeks a qualified partner to support the implementation of statewide student success collaborative strategies across its higher education institutions. The selected partner will facilitate the coordination and execution of technical assistance, professional development, data and research initiatives, and strategy convenings as needed.

Key responsibilities include providing coaching for team and leadership development, as well as supporting the evaluation and ongoing improvement of programs like the Leadership exChange. The partner will also help grow a network of change leaders tasked with scaling systemic change initiatives across campuses. Technical assistance will involve project oversight, contract development, and management for various statewide strategies such as Admissions Redesign, Transfer Success, Gateway Course Success, Student Basic Needs, Mental Health, and Adult Attainment.

Additionally, the partner will manage communications activities including website maintenance, graphic design, infographic creation, and the development of collateral materials like presentation decks and social media posts. Bi-annual website reviews using user analytics will ensure content is up-to-date and improvements are recommended. The ultimate aim is to foster a culture of collaboration, center student experience in change efforts, and measure the impact on student success throughout the state.
