DESCRIPTION

An educational institution in Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive student retention strategy services. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a student retention platform powered by artificial intelligence. This platform is expected to integrate data from various sources, including student information systems, financial aid, advising services, and any platform with which students interact, in order to generate comprehensive data points.

The desired solution should be capable of tracking a wide range of student actions, such as logins, assignment submissions, missed deadlines, and other digital interactions. Advanced AI features are required to analyze these data points and identify risk signals associated with academic disengagement, financial challenges, and social isolation. The platform must also automate scheduling for student outreach and timely interventions to proactively support at-risk students.

All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by February 27, 2026. The contract will be for a one-year term.
