The solution should offer robust reporting tools, including customizable reports and visual dashboards tracking attendance, registration, participation, and other key metrics.

Additionally, the platform must feature automated communications for reminders, notifications of program assignments, and other time-sensitive information for families. Full mobile compatibility for both Android and iOS devices is required to ensure convenient access to registration, attendance tracking, and reporting for staff and parents.
