DESCRIPTION

A Canadian university is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive student recruitment and reputation campaign services. The selected partner will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for undergraduate and graduate student recruitment campaigns, as well as a brand awareness and reputation-building campaign targeting key Canadian markets.

Tasks include determining media objectives, strategy, and approach in line with agency direction, historical learning, and spending guidelines to achieve campaign goals. The partner will develop a digital media plan (English language only) based on sector and audience research, with identification of KPIs, a measurement plan, and thorough reporting. Responsibilities also include media negotiation and buying, account management throughout all campaign phases (implementation, activation, trafficking, optimization, and reporting), and the setup and delivery of tracking mechanisms.
