DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide comprehensive student photography services, including group staff and individual teacher photos, class pictures with teachers, and individual student portraits. The vendor will also be responsible for taking photos of new staff members and preparing plastic ID badges, supplying digital images for integration with the student information system and yearbook, as well as producing graduate composites and framed graduate portraits (24x28) for display.

Additional requirements include 8th-grade graduation wall pictures, sticker photos for student files, and class photo books for principals. The vendor must supply two cameras to ensure an efficient photography session flow, offer make-up days for students in both morning and afternoon classes, and conduct appropriate background checks, fingerprinting, and provide proof of insurance. The contract will be for a one-year period, with a deadline for questions set for March 30, 2026.
