DESCRIPTION

A Canadian educational authority in Ontario is seeking a vendor to provide student photography services for both elementary and secondary schools over a two-year contract period. Elementary school requirements include taking a minimum of two poses per student, an opportunity for retakes within 30 days after delivery of proofs or as arranged with the school principal, flexible scheduling of graduation pictures, and sorting of all photographs by class groupings.

For secondary schools, the provider must take at least two poses per student, offer retakes within 30 days of photograph delivery or as negotiated, and supply color photograph identity cards for all students. All photography services must be delivered on a 'total satisfaction guaranteed' basis, ensuring quality and service in both segments.
