Student Photography and Portrait Services

The state of Maryland is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive student and staff photography and portrait services under a five-year contract. Required services include capturing individual student portraits for use on school identification cards and in yearbooks, with ID cards featuring the agency’s standard response protocol on the reverse side. The vendor will also produce class group photos, staff portraits, and a staff composition board, as well as provide sports team photography for fall, winter, and spring seasons.

Optional offerings include club and extracurricular group photos, event photography, and re-take sessions. The vendor must offer a secure online ordering system for parents and guardians, ensure delivery of high-quality digital images for school records, and offer flexible scheduling to accommodate multiple school sites. Efficient delivery of both prints and digital files is expected throughout the contract period.
