The organization seeks a vendor to provide a student organization engagement and management system capable of supporting a minimum of ten active administrative users and at least two hundred online portal or web users concurrently. The system should perform efficiently regardless of the number of groups, events, or other concurrent activities such as multiple report generations. An essential requirement is efficient and encrypted data exchange with other campus computing resources, including auditable and easily identifiable transactions for patient billing purposes. The system must support real-time processing during all data exchanges and downloads, allowing continuous online operation.

The desired solution should include a workflow engine that facilitates the request or renewal of student organizations, with configurable data collection and storage for various documents and agreements. Approval workflows must incorporate multiple levels, such as organization advisors and the Center for Student Involvement, and enable differentiation based on organization type. The platform must provide rules-based security controls at both administrative and organization levels. Each student organization should be equipped with a versatile suite of tools, including text communications, posts, polls, elections, news, discussions, events, social media integration, attendance and service hour tracking, survey and form creation, and a mobile presence.
