DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a vendor to provide research-based student interventions software tailored to address college- and career-readiness standards in reading and mathematics for grades K–8. The required software must offer a web-based, adaptive diagnostic assessment and comprehensive reporting suite that supports interim growth monitoring and assessment of standards mastery. It must deliver differentiated online instruction along with printable English Language Arts and mathematics instructional resources to support teacher-led instruction for students at all performance levels within grades K–8.

The solution must be a unified, integrated, vendor-hosted software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that does not necessitate any local installation or maintenance. Key features include computer-adaptive diagnostic assessments in reading and math, delivering sub-skill-level insights, criterion-referenced measures, and national norm scores. Reporting capabilities must be available online, covering individual/instructional group, class, school, and district levels. The interactive, differentiated instruction and assessment suite must reside within the same unified platform. The contract period will be for one year, and all questions must be submitted by April 23, 2026.
