The school district is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive student identification card solutions. Required services include the supply of ID card printers, pre-printed and blank cards, consumables, system software, data integration, and implementation services. Vendors must deliver a complete, turnkey ID card solution that addresses operational, security, and data privacy requirements. The system should encompass ID card system software, printer hardware, card design and production, consumables, and robust support for system integration and project management.

A centralized ID Card Management System is required for managing both student and employee ID records. The system must provide role-based user access controls and facilitate bi-directional data synchronization with the district's systems, particularly with the Student Information System. Key integration features include configurable sync frequency (real time, scheduled, or batch), detailed error reporting, and comprehensive logging. Vendors should also offer card design and layout services and be capable of overseeing successful system implementation.
