DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Denver, Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide student housing property management services. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing a capital improvement and lifecycle reinvestment program for the property, supporting financial pro forma goals to achieve self-sufficiency by implementing operating efficiencies and best practices, all while maintaining a competitive, high-quality housing experience.

The selected property manager will oversee recruitment, screening, hiring, training, supervision, retention, and compensation for staff, and will be solely responsible for funding salaries and benefits. The manager must also supervise the third-party laundry vendor, coordinate service calls, maintain operational utilities, and ensure cleanliness of laundry facilities.
