DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide a modern, integrated student housing management software solution aimed at streamlining all aspects of housing operations, enhancing the student experience, and increasing administrative efficiency. The system will centralize property, lease, tenant/resident, vendor, and asset data, supporting efficient management of student housing dormitories.

Key requirements include a cloud-based, secure, and scalable platform offering full lifecycle support for property operations. The software must deliver modern tenant and resident self-service via portals and mobile access, comprehensive reporting, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making, as well as robust security and integration capabilities. Service components consist of software licensing or subscription, implementation and project management, data migration, system configuration, required integrations, training for both administrators and end users, go-live support, and ongoing maintenance.
