DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Long Beach, California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive student housing design and construction services for a new multifamily building. The project involves the development of a 3-story, 28,592 gross square foot facility featuring 22 housing units, including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom configurations that can support either single- or double-occupancy.
The new facility will also incorporate resident-focused amenities such as study rooms, multipurpose rooms, laundry facilities, and operational staff offices on the ground floor, as well as a subterranean parking structure. The selected Design-Build Entity (DBE) will deliver standard design services throughout all project phases, including Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents.
