The selected vendor will provide a student document verification system with global capabilities. The solution must have access to an established worldwide network for verifying qualifications from diverse institutions, including undergraduate degrees, diplomas, and certificates. Services should include confirmation of qualification, award title, level, institution, dates of attendance, and transcripts of results.
The system must offer a secure mechanism—such as a link or portal—for students to initiate and submit verification requests. It should also notify Admissions once the verification is completed. The solution is expected to feature a payment mechanism allowing costs to be charged directly to students, optionally allowing for cost-sharing. Additionally, the ability to provide a direct verification link to students for process initiation is required.
