Banking services must include 24/7 virtual access along with live chat support during typical business hours, and a toll-free phone service for extended hours at least six days per week. The provider's debit card must facilitate on-campus and local transactions via ATM or e-center cashier facilities. The bank will receive exclusive marketing rights for its accounts and credit cards and may reach students, staff, and faculty through multiple marketing avenues, including printed materials and campus presentations. ATMs installed must connect to major networks such as STAR or similar systems. The contract duration is five years.
