The government authority in New Hampshire is seeking a vendor to facilitate student assistance programs (SAPs) statewide. The selected organization will be responsible for developing and maintaining the necessary infrastructure to enable the operation of at least 40 SAPs per school year, providing comprehensive program support including centralized coordination, technical assistance, and oversight to ensure the effective implementation of SAPs.
Duties include managing the distribution of funding and handling subawards for SAP programming throughout the state, implementing processes for statewide coordination and oversight to ensure programs are delivered as designed, and providing back-office support services to ensure compliant and efficient SAP operations. Additional responsibilities involve offering training and resources for SAPs and fostering collaboration among schools and partner organizations to strengthen outcomes and quality of SAP services.
The contract is for a two-year period. Interested vendors may submit an optional letter of intent by March 11, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by March 11, 2026.
