The government authority in Montrose, Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide on-call structural asset inspection and engineering services for minor structural assets. The selected firm will be responsible for a range of services including field inspections, condition assessments and ratings, comprehensive reporting, emergency inspection response, and follow-up evaluations.
Additional responsibilities encompass asset management activities such as developing asset inventories, implementing risk-based and performance-based management strategies, conducting lifecycle assessments, and evaluating structural assets for a state of good repair. Project support tasks include load rating analyses, investment prioritization, design services, and hydraulic and scour analysis to ensure structural integrity in various conditions.
The vendor will also be expected to support program development through the creation of manuals and specifications, as well as assist with federal funding applications and grant processes. All questions related to this RFP must be submitted by April 14, 2026.
