DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Guam is seeking professional structural assessment services for a historic structure. The engagement will begin with Phase 1, consisting of a non-destructive and non-invasive surficial analysis, including detailed field inspections to generate accurate as-built plans of the building.

The assessment process will also incorporate both invasive (if Phase 2 is required) and non-invasive testing methods, along with conducting interviews and research relevant to the structure. A thorough structural analysis and comprehensive structural reporting will be required to guide future maintenance or restoration efforts.
