The government authority in Savannah, Georgia seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive street renovations design professional services. The selected firm will be responsible for all aspects of planning, programming, design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration necessary to deliver a safe, code-compliant, and historically respectful yet modernized educational and administrative facility. The scope includes restoring significant historic features, preserving distinctive materials and construction techniques, and addressing visible degradation.
