DESCRIPTION

The vendor will provide street outreach services focused on delivering essential personal health items such as naloxone kits, condoms, and hygiene products. The services will also include offering food and water to clients, both for those utilizing driving services and for individuals contacted during foot patrols, ensuring that these provisions do not reduce the operational hours dedicated to outreach.

The successful provider will support enhanced staff training and facilitate access to such opportunities. Additionally, the vendor will assist in further integrating the street outreach program within the existing coordinated access program, thereby improving collaboration and service delivery for vulnerable populations.
