DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks an artist or team of artists to design and produce a street mural in Massachusetts. The selected artist(s) will be responsible for painting the mural on panels supplied by a third party and applying an anti-graffiti coating to protect the finished artwork.

Once treated, the panels will be secured to a frame using angle brackets and attached to the wall, with the final installation completed by others. Interested parties are encouraged to attend a pre-bid virtual information session scheduled for April 9, 2026, and to submit any questions by April 13, 2026.
