Applicant's insurance must be primary and not require contribution from City's insurance
Deductibles and self-insured retentions are the sole responsibility of the Applicant
Do not assign, transfer, or sublet the agreement without prior written authorization from the City
Allow access and examination of business records by the Council Auditor for three years after final payment
Submit bid security or surety if required
Comply with all bid specifications
Provide a packing list with all shipments
Note all deviations from specifications in writing at the time of bid submittal
Include all discounts (other than prompt payment) in the bid price
Comply with the Jacksonville Ethics Code and Purchasing Code
Utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify system for all employees working in Duval County
Obtain and maintain all applicable local, state, and federal licenses
Do not use bid results for marketing or advertising without the City's express written consent
Adopt and maintain a nondiscrimination policy
Cooperate with the Office of Inspector General
Remit payment to subcontractors within 15 calendar days (7 days for JSEBs/MBEs) of receiving payment from the City
Keep and maintain public records required by the City
Submit bids electronically through the 1Cloud Supplier Portal
Include the Bid Form with the signature of an authorized officer or employee
Submit a revised W-9 if company information has changed within the last six months
