DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide facilitation and coordination consultant services for a strategy refresh assignment. The scope includes a comprehensive understanding of the project, delivering expected outputs, and aligning with the Care Jordan context. The selected consultant must demonstrate strong methodology in facilitation, coordination, stakeholder engagement, and assurance of quality throughout the process.

Relevant experience is required in facilitating country strategy, strategic planning, or organizational planning—ideally within humanitarian, development, or nonprofit frameworks. The consultant should be adept at conducting workshops, consultations, and engaging multiple stakeholders. High-quality and pertinent previous deliverables, such as strategy drafts, synthesis notes, and facilitation outputs, must be demonstrated. The contract will be for a period of one year.
