The vendor will provide strategy partnership and successor technical research services to support a Management Information System (MIS) modernization strategy. Services will include technical research, engineering, human-centered design, strategy, evaluation, and implementation support.

The work will involve qualitative, user, market, and technical research; review of prior research, deliverables, decisions, open questions, and stakeholder feedback; and engineering and technical architecture assessments addressing feasibility, interoperability, APIs, data exchange, governance, implementation constraints, and modernization options. The vendor will also develop, prototype, test, and refine concepts with stakeholders and relevant users, and synthesize research into actionable recommendations.

Additional support will include pilots, implementation planning, learning activities, and technical assistance as directed by the project team. The contract period will be four years, with an indicated budget of USD 847,260.00.
