Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The client is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a strategic vision and develop an implementation roadmap for a child care management software system. The engagement will involve assessing both organizational and technical readiness to build an integrated data environment, focusing on current platforms in use or in pilot by providers, and preparing these for future integration into a centralized data warehouse.
The selected vendor will conduct a feasibility assessment on the exchange and ingestion of child care management system data. This includes an evaluation of existing data platforms, requirements, potential risks, and compatibility with the current data warehouse environment. Recommendations must seamlessly align with established authentication, security, and governance frameworks, and all architecture suggestions should fit into the present infrastructure.
Deliverables will include documentation and architecture diagrams in editable, non-proprietary formats such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF. The project scope also calls for a technical analysis to address security compliance, governance controls, integration patterns, data flows, and any existing system constraints. Additionally, the vendor must provide knowledge transfer and ensure deliverables are communicated at the executive level to support long-term sustainability.
