The Office of the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), Center for the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS), intends to award a sole source, fixed price contract to Paragon Robotics, LLC for uninterrupted technical support services related to the Strategic Temperature Monitoring System (STMS). This short-term bridge contract ensures the continued operation of critical infrastructure while a competitive follow-on contract is being developed.
Paragon Robotics, LLC will provide comprehensive technical support services for the proprietary systems and software used in the STMS. This includes Wi-Fi connectivity support, 24/7 Help Desk customer assistance, and maintenance support and monitoring of deployed systems. These services are essential to maintaining continuous monitoring and operational effectiveness of the agency's specialized temperature monitoring platforms. Any disruption in service could result in immediate operational risk and potential public health concerns due to the unique and integrated nature of Paragon's technology.
