An organization in Washington, DC is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver strategic technology evaluation, assessment, and future planning services. The vendor will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the organization’s current technology use, IT infrastructure, security posture, and governance structures. This includes a gap analysis identifying discrepancies between existing capabilities and organizational needs, as well as evaluating technology-supported opportunities that align with the organization's mission.

Key deliverables include the development of actionable recommendations to address technological changes, support frameworks, security enhancements, policies, and governance improvements. The selected vendor will provide a prioritized multi-year technology investment roadmap, complete with timelines, cost estimates, staffing requirements, and suggested vendors or solutions. Additional responsibilities include performing a cybersecurity risk assessment—addressing issues such as shadow IT, vulnerabilities, and compliance—and reviewing existing security tools and practices to propose targeted improvements.
