An organization in New York is seeking a qualified vendor to provide strategic talent development services aimed at enhancing leadership and team effectiveness. The scope of work includes coaching, organizational development, targeted training, and instructional design to drive high performance and foster a values-driven workplace.

Coaching services will support leaders, supervisors, teams, and individual contributors through a variety of formats, including one-on-one executive coaching, team and group coaching, and the facilitation of peer-based learning circles. The provided coaching will cover a range of needs such as supporting professional transitions, designing development plans aligned with organizational goals, enhancing supervisory skills, navigating workplace challenges, and building strong team cultures. Special emphasis is placed on equity-informed coaching principles, ensuring cultural humility, psychological safety, trauma-informed practice, and inclusive leadership are integrated throughout the engagement. Services may be delivered virtually, in person, or via a hybrid model.
