The State of California is seeking qualified vendors to provide strategic talent development services aimed at enhancing organizational growth and employee development. Service areas include executive and team coaching, organizational development, and competency-based training designed to equip employees with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors necessary for career advancement and success.
Vendors will be expected to design and deliver engaging, accessible, and relevant programs that align with the county's core values of equity, excellence, integrity, innovation, collaboration, and respect. All training and development efforts should be culturally responsive and designed through an equity lens to ensure equitable opportunities for growth and a diverse, inclusive workforce.
Services should be scalable and responsive to the needs of employees at every organizational level, supporting ongoing professional development, career progression, and long-term retention. Additionally, the programs should aim to strengthen leadership pipelines and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, ultimately contributing to lasting positive impacts within the community. The anticipated contract period is three years.
