The selected consultant will prepare a detailed methodology and work plan, outlining how the objectives will be met and specifying the necessary support from MMC for successful project delivery.
The review process should employ mixed methods, including primary data collection through key informant interviews with stakeholders, as well as rigorous analysis and synthesis of preexisting internal MMC data sources. Proficiency in conducting interviews in English is required, with Spanish and French language skills considered valuable. This engagement is structured as a home-based consultancy, with consultants providing their own computer and mobile telephone.
