The selected vendor will provide strategic planning and policy support services focused on the analysis of strategic nuclear doctrine, deterrence theories, and national security policies. The scope includes interpreting treaty obligations and supporting the integration of conventional and nuclear capabilities, as well as the implementation of the nuclear posture review.
Key tasks involve policy and position development, treaty impact analysis, compliance and implementation oversight, and the analysis of in-force treaties and agreements. The vendor will also be responsible for policy documentation and guidance, as well as facilitating coordination and stakeholder engagement to ensure comprehensive policy support.
